Quote: Paying? No, you've using DVD Profiler for 16 years and you paid $25. You've got your money's worth. Yeah, well, that's your opinion. I don't think so, since this is what I bought: "Unlimited Registration is a one-time purchase and is good for all current and future versions of DVD Profiler." But since there are no future updates, without any notification (!), this is an empty shell that is still on sale.
There is a difference between customer support (which I didn't ask for and don't need) and maintaining a product that you sold to thousands of customers. The fact that this guy went completely awal is bad business and kind of rude. No. Not rude at all. Your quote doesn't mean that there will any future versions. It means that you've paid for them, if there will be any at all. You don't have any claim for future versions of the software at all. | Posted: Topic Replies: 62, Topic Views: 21479 | | Quoting huskersports:
Quote: They've done a few (Orange is the New Black and Stranger Things shows come to mind). But yeah, it's a total guess as to what feature films they'll put on disc. There's a slight chance for high class/arthouse movies with mutiple oscar nominations. Criterion released some of them (Marriage Story, The Irishman, Roma) on BD. But i doubt it in the case of Axel F. | Posted: Topic Replies: 2, Topic Views: 2544 | |
