Glad I did a search and found this thread.  Have been using the PC version for many years and was having the same issue and assumed all support for the product was gone.  Have entered a couple of new disks and there were no profiles available.  Tried this and found there were quite a few updates to my collection and happy there is still life!

Now, if I could get my paid Android app back.  Left and tried iPhone for a year, or so and went back to Android only to discover no more app.
