| Posted: | | | | I have a pretty big (to me) CD library and I'd love to have them all in system like DVD profiler....
I know it doesn't fit here and I know its been requested before, but I didn't see a better spot to request it...
I just keep hoping if I keep asking, one day they'll make it... | | | If Guns Kill People, Then I can Blame My Keyboard for misspelled Words. |

| Posted: | | | | Oooh S***, just hope that Skip and Ken don't see this! I'll be off for the weekend now. When I come back I'll see what's left of this. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

It's a darn good program, and can be used to catalog CDs as well as digital music files in just about any format (and even allows you to associate a ripped CD on a hard drive with the physical CD so you don't have repeats in the catalog). | | | Last edited: by nolesrule |

That's the one I have as well. | | | With every passing hour our solar system comes forty-three thousand miles closer to globular cluster M13 in the constellation Hercules, and still there are some misfits who continue to insist that there is no such thing as progress. |

| Posted: | | | | Not wanting to get pummelled by an angry mob, just throwing it out there, but would there need to be major changes to the programme to develop a CDProfiler? In essence with a CD you have very similar cataloguing requirements. | | | |

| Posted: | | | | So what about creating a subforum on the main page called "CD Profiler" and putting one locked thread titled: "Never gonna happen"? | | | Last edited: by IronWaffle |

| Posted: | | | | Now dvdprofiler supports multiple databases, there is nothing stopping anyone using for cd's. Obviously you can't contribute and lots of the info isn't required, but if you're desperate it will work. | | | Home of the phpDVDProfiler forums |

Best to use a program designed for music from the ground up. same can be said about dvdprofiler. It doesn't play dvd's. It's a cataloging program only. I don't buy enough cd's to care either way. | | | Home of the phpDVDProfiler forums |

| Posted: | | | | yeh I've been away for a while. New computer required new install of profiler
I don't care who's awhat'sit is coding. DVD profler is a superior product to Collectorz. DVDP should have an import from collectorz to DVDP
And
Should have CD and whatever more capability, then sooner or later some big wastful corp will buy them out ond they will be kagillionaires.
Because simply DVDP is better. | | | Last edited: by RynoRama |
