I think this now goes to the level of feature request for DVDP. To be able to set a page size compatible with a label, and then the report is set up to print one DVD per page.

I will not retract the plugin until the matter is resolved. Thanks for testing. So I hope people will go ahead and request the main program update.

Hey mediadogg - I'm almost afraid to ask this, but do you think you could add another two fields for the disc-number and the number of discs? So, if I have a boxset with four discs (and four disc-id's), I can do something like "!Disc of !Disctotal" and get "3 of 4" for the third disc in the set?

I am working on a couple of nasty frustrating bugs in other plugins, so I am in need of some success to boost my spirits. So I thought I might try something "easy" to start off the New Year.

Software usually does not just stop working on its own. It will be the interaction of the software in its environment. So, could you please summarize all the major things that ave changed since it last worked for you. Think about everything no mater how small ... and tell me about it.

Obvious ones are: operating system, print driver and label editor. Make sure that the print driver and editor are compatible. Also, try using a label that was created with the version of the editor that worked in the past. If you used a different editor in the past, try using that one.

Of course I need to understand anything about the plugin and DVDP installation. Anything changed since the plugin last worked?

Let me know what happens. last time I tried, the plugin worked on Windows 10 with the latest drivers and Editor for the QL-570. I will double check.

I remember some previous discussion about driver incompatibilities in this thread. You might want to scan this thread for any clues.

Have you tried uninstalling the plugin and then re-installing?

Ok, very good info. Let me think on it awhile. Also, anyone else with an idea, please share it. I have at least one machine with Win10/X64. I'll run a test. Obviously if I discover a problem that I can fix, I will do it.
