I will admit that I have voted yes on a couple of Common Name changes but, if memory serves me, both were for well documented pseudonyms and documentation was provided.  I don't believe I have voted 'yes' on any BY changes yet, but I could be wrong.

As for voting on changes without documentation, please give me an example.  While my standard for documentation probably isn't the same as yours, that's not the same as no documentation.  If a contributor does not provide any documentation, I alway vote 'no'.

No word about documented proof, that is your personal desire.

And if in your opinion we should only accept contributions with 'documentation', why are you voting yes to Countries of Origin when the only documentation in notes is CoO?
