I've downloaded my online backup on two occasions to fresh installs of DVD Profiler just to see how effective it is as a backup and restore solution, and all I can say is I don't recommend that anyone depend on it as their main backup.  It's slow, it's incomplete, and of course you'll lose any custom artwork.
