Made a link and by the way it looks great.  Thanks for posting.
Hope I'll also get a ht-room in near future.

Maybe not a TRUE home theater but a room dedicated to DVD and cable TV watching.

The soundbar is simply a 2.1 replacement for the TV’s 2.0 audio. Not used for surround sound.

The TV stand is home made.  Pros: good ventilation, easy to clean, easy cable access.  Cons: not very pretty.

Still under construction, but well on it's way.
Back row seating is on a 12" riser.
Equipment:
Paradigm Monitor series speakers / 12" Velodyne DSP sub
Oppo 983 DVD
PS3
Yamaha RX-V2700 (hoping to upgrade to Onkyo (3008)

Wondering when common sense will ever be common.

That looks so lovely and tidy.  Whatever I do I can't seem to make my room look anything other than Blockbusters used to on a Saturday night after all the drunks have been in!  Who does your dusting?  The tops of my cases seem to permanently have a layer of dust on them.
Do you ever find yourself striving for perfection with an almost worthless attempt at it?  Guttermouth "Lemon Water".  Also, I include in my Profiler database VHS tapes, audio DVDs, audio books (digital, cassette and CD), video games (digital, DVD and CD) and 'enhanced' CDs with video tracks on them, as well as films and TV I've bought digitally.  So I'm an anarchist, deal with it.  Just be thankful I don't include most of my records and CDs etc in it too; don't think I haven't been tempted...

Now would you expect anything other than neat, organized and tidy from the "DJ"?

Now I'm looking around at my setup and want to throw up. Oh well, I'll get to it next week.
