| Posted: | | | | I also have this problem. The camera is set to active in the IOS 16.0.3 settings but does not work. I note that your program has not been updated for a very very long time and not since IOS 15.x anyway so I assume that there is a bug that has occurred due to an incompatibility with the IOS 16.x update. In any event, the red line and no autofocus remains on my iPhone 14 Pro Max too using DVD Profiler and I too would be grateful for an update to solve the problem - thank you. |

| Posted: | | | | I do have the same problem with my iPhone 14 pro and the DVD-Profiler App.
My guess is that this is caused by the new camera setup in the iPhone 14 pro. The app is using the wrong camera that is not capable to focus on small distances. When taking a photo with the 14 pro, one can see that the camera changes when taking a close-up picture as the perspective changes slightly when the "macro-capable" camera is being switched to.
Another DVD-profile iOS-App problem that was also present with my iPhone 12 pro is that when adding a profile, there are buttons in the top right corner of the screen being not accessible as they are behind the status info from the iPhone (battery level, etc).
It would be cool if Invelos could provide an update so that the DVD-Profiler app regains the full functionality. I like the integration between the iOS and the Windows platform. |

I like the integration between the iOS and the Windows platform. Unfortunately that is unlikely. Invelos only has one developer, and nobody seems to know what is up with him. He stopped updating DVD Profiler a few years ago, but someone is clearly still keeping this website and the database alive. |

I think it's the app using the "wrong camera", now that there are several lenses, and not the one that is suitable for close-up photography. | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan.
