| Posted: | | | | Maybe it is just me, but I am getting very weary of all the coo profiles that need votes. At this point even though I may miss some important change in the profile of a DVD I own, I only vote on Images, and those DVDs that are special to me.
Am I the only one?

| Posted: | | | | It would be nice if people would just do CoO as part of a larger update to the profile instead of all these individual updates for one not terribly significant piece of data. | | | Hal |

There's a drawback to the volume of single field updates in that you do get repetitive and the muscle memory can take over and your brain can fall asleep. I noticed this last night once when I automatically clicked yes just as I realized it was wrong. Had to back up. Sure enough, it was a "United States" on a no-doubt-about-it French profile. Bobb What I do is go through my queue looking for users who don't seem to be "on a roll" if you know what I mean. If a user is just doing a few, I guess that they are wider updates, and I look at those first. Then I go back and fall in line for a round of COO's. | | | ...James

Have you thought about joining CoO Anonymous or some other 10 step program. I went cold turkey two days ago. I just vote Neutral on them now. | | | John

| Posted: | | | | Weird topic/post this is, everybody talks about getting the database together in the best way possible and now it's to much trouble to vote? So what if it's only Coo, at least people are doing something to get the database in order in the best way they can, inspired maybe by the new version and all the talk i just mentioned above. So either stop nagging about it or stop talking about wanting the have the database in the best possible way, you can't have both | | | Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: 'WOW What a Ride!!! | | | Last edited: by Gendji |

To be fair, though it does get a bit boring seeing all the CoO updates, it's not fair to say "part of a large update" considering a hell of a lot of the profiles are pretty complete old IVS profiles so don't really need any other updates. | | | It is dangerous to be right in matters where established men are wrong |
