| Posted: | | | | Hi, Just a little post to say my disappoint. An user I don't say the name to make no polemic (a newby user) make a lot of contribution for DVD of Hercule Poirot's collection release by "Editions Atlas" in France and Belgium particularly (maybe other countries). No DVD has UPC so we must add them by Disc ID. I don't know if he has read contributions rules before he made his contributions but he overwrites profiles submitted by UPC (complete season sold) by DVD without UPC and for profile entered by Disc ID, he overwrites a lot of informations I have made using credits to do them (actors and credits) and wrong titles. For exemple, the title of the episode is : "La Maison du péril" and the user contribute it as : "Hercule Poirot n°7 La maison du peril" so "Hercule Poirot n°xx" is not the title and even not on the dvd cover. It's the number of the collection sold by "Editions Atlas" in press shop or by subscription. You can find a copy of my contribution and scan of the dvd covers here in my phpdvdprofiler site. So for each wrong contribution I have voted NO because there are a lot of mistakes (wrong titles, deleted some actors or crew people from my contribution made with the credits of the movie, ...) but his contributions has been accepted and released. I have contacted Ken when the user started to contribute his wrong profiles (because he makes that for each episodes of Hercule Poirot) but I don't understand why it's been accepted. I'm very disappointed and I ask why lost so much time to make good profiles and contributions based on the credits and after users contributes wrong informations and it's accepted even if we vote NO and argument the mistakes... | | | Regards Cyrille |

| Posted: | | | | With there being so many submissions happening at the moment, it's always possible that there will be an oversight and wrong "corrections" will get through. Simply resubmit your original profile and explain in the notes why you're doing it. |

| Posted: | | | | Yes please resubmit with notes. The more specific the note is, the better for us to make the right judgement. My other suggestion is to make sure the notes are in English. Being a dumb American, its the only language I know. -Gerri | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |
