Martin, am I right in thinking you just want a way to filter all the discs that have easter eggs?

This can (crudely) be done by filtering by a 'space' in the 'other' filter box (obviously tick only easter eggs)

Filters- General- Other,
enter a space (you may need to enter 'a' then space then delete the 'a')
Untick notes and overview

That should work, does with mine anyway (not that I will be doing this myself).

Edit: Then you could tag all the filtered results to save you having to do it again.
