| Posted: | | | | Hello,
I intend to reach 1000 approved contributions in September.
And another 1000 each month until December. Being very ambitious, would that be a competitive result?
Which score does a busy contributor reach during one month (if the month is not March 2007)?
And is it possible to expand the my-contributions page? It restrains my productivity, that a maximum of only 500 recent contributions are displayed...
Thank you. | | | Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect] |

| Posted: | | | | I agree, this isn't a competition, and it's pretty easy to artificially increase your submission count. E.g. instead of doing one huge contribution, just submit field by field. Your count will increase but I bet you won't get a lot of sympathy from either the voters nor the screeners. |

Youy are going to reach 1000 declined Contributions long before you 1000 approved and the more declined you have the harder to get any approved. read the Rules first and then follow them.

| Posted: | | | | i'm really baffled by this goal. i wasn't aware we were competing on the number of contributions. this really smacks of just wanting one's name attached to a contribution rather than thinking of the good of the database and the information in it. highly krik | | | "Vampirism is still not a disease, Julia. | Posted: | | | | The strange thing is: All your contribution notes say "All information from DVD". And we all know, that you stated in another Threat in this forum, that you do not take your data directly from DVD. The only reason, you use this phrase, is because you think, that the contribution is getting approved more easily. Quoting Wasserglas: Quote:
English Translation: Quoting Wasserglas: Quote:
Always write "Source DVD" no matter from where your data is.
Invelos does not control, if the data is correct or not. They believe, the data is correct, if you use this addition ("Source DVD") and Skipnet does not vote against it" By the way: It's easy to reach this 1000 mark, if you only change "Case Type" and some "Features". I haven't seen any Full Audit from you... | | | Ääärrrrrmin!! | | | Last edited: by Mozo |

| Posted: | | | | I never contribute any information without first doing a full audit to ensure all entered information is correct... I only wish that more people would do the same, but evidently some see this as a competition, rather than serving the common good... Oh, well, more work for me | | | Berak

| Posted: | | | | Wasserglas is simply another attention whore in the Profiler world, as was clearly indicated to the German community by a nonsensical contribution for a "Lord of the Rings" profile after his first try was declined. He attacked me personally in the contribution notes because I had pointed other users to the mistakes in the first upload. His tag line is in fact a quote from my comment to this said second contribution, where I told him to stop behaving like a silly baby.
No idea what he's trying to achieve now, and frankly, I'm not interested. He should be aware that the community will keep an eye on his contributions, though. I guess he'll be bored with his games very soon and search for another hobby to get attention. | | | Michael |

| Posted: | | | | Strive for quality not quanity... You'll get respect from the community if you do.
Lying in your contribution notes will only eventually get you banned. | | | Are you local? This is a local shop the strangers you would bring would not understand us, our customs, our local ways. |

| Posted: | | | | Some people are so stupid (I refer to this topic starter). I hope that Ken and Geri will get their eyes open on his contribution, since he doesn't seem to care about quality. |
