Some animated series just lists the actors at the end without any roles credited to them.

So I was wondering, how would we credit an actor who does several voices.

Would we list the actor and their voices on just one line or can we credit them separately for each role they supplied a voice for?

Just wondering because some voice actors do more than one voice on a series and listing them all on one line makes it look messy and sometimes their roles have to be cut off because of space limitations.

If they are only listed once, I would list all the roles in a single line.  The only time I would create an additional entry is if all the roles did not fit properly.

I updated the profile recently from having just 1 Guinness credit with a truncated list of roles to 8 separate credits, one for each role.

I see. So it must depend on the version. The version I own has no end credits, only opening credits.

I just checked. Mine really does have a short set of cast credits after the "The End" screen, and it looks original (old font, music, and a slight wobble). I just had left and right swapped my recollection above. The opening credits are as you described.


Now back on topic:

If roles are listed in the credits, use the same format if possible - one line if the credit is all on one line, etc.
If the roles are not listed, try to get the roles for each actor all on one line if possible.
If not possible, then do each role in a separate line.

Personally, I prefer not to have mixed credits. If the multiple roles of one actor don't fit on one line, I would split the credits of all the actors with multiple roles.
