| Posted: | | | | The bi-lingual cover suggests to me it's been made for both territories, so it's up to you whether you want to create one, the other or both. I see no reason not to have both in the database. As far as I know there's no legal requirement to include the "Exempt" logo, so that may be why it's missing. |

Although it's pretty commonly used, there is no official exempt rating in the UK & therefore no requirement to show it on covers. |

| Posted: | | | | I would say "both", too. Bilingual covers are not common for german DVDs, maybe except for music DVDs (concerts etc.). |

What's onside the box? Perhaps this helps to make a decision. (Single cases with covers? Somthing different on those covers?) |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks. Also not much help. (Thought perhaps a Uk rating logo on them) Is a rating logo needed to be allowed to sell a DVD in the UK? (Edit: seen the post of northbloke too late) The only thing I can see is: On the Single cases there's the address of a German company. On the box the shown different company address in London. Perhaps really a co-production or similar for both localities. Don't know this good, but Amazon Germany often indicates Import versions? Does Amozon UK this too? Both sites don't do for this movie. -> I wouldn't vote no to a contribution to both localities. Edit: Btw, it's badly off-topic, but I like your new avatar, ninehours. | | | Last edited: by VirusPil |

My impression is that it was manufactured for the German market (the language and the address of Cascade GmbH on the back cover are a good indication). But since it has no region code, it will play anywhere. Enter wholesalers who put this in their catalogue, and sell it in other countries. Since Amazon UK (or US or CA or DE or FR) buys from an enormous amount of suppliers, chances are big that they put this on their website because it is sold by one of their wholesalers. The "E" rating on the amazon UK site is just a standard rating they have to put up there, since there is no UK rating on the cover. I've seen a lot of shops in the UK that sell non-UK dvds (mostly R1), and they just put a sticker with the appropriate rating on the case. I've been told that this makes it legal to sell in the UK. | | | Last edited: by marcelb7 |

But on the Box it's a address in London from a different company. The London address is also on the child profile covers (right of white circle with mcps in it) |
