| Posted: | | | | Should that fail, you could delete the app, re-download it (it will be free) and try again. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

| Posted: | | | | Restarting did not help. I actually had done that because as with any device that is the first thing to do because it will fix most problems. I did uninstall and reinstall and now it appears to working great.
Thanks!! |

| Posted: | | | | Will an uninstall lose our data? Because I'm having some app closing issues as well, but don't want to have to rescan everything in again. |

Restarting your device will never work. This is because the iOS saves the state of your app. So when your device is restarted, your app is also started again to the state it was when you did decide to restart your device. You can check it on your one. Double press the home button to see a list of the currently open apps. Then restart your device and check it again. It will show exactly the same list. | | | There are 10 different kinds of people in this world, those who understand binary and those who don't. |

Often, restarting the device can cure some issues that are memory triggered. In fact, a force quit fot he app and relaunching can sometimes fix an issue without restarting the iPhone. The double press home button show the exact same list because it is a list of recently launched application. Whether they kept their state or not depends on the app itself. |

I thought the list (double tap home button) was a list with open apps, but I just searched the manuel for it and your wright. | | | There are 10 different kinds of people in this world, those who understand binary and those who don't. | | | Last edited: by DannyK |
