| Posted: | | | | I haven't seen this reported yet. I have a good number of titles that don't have covers showing, front or back. This is on both iPhone 4 and iPad. No issues at all on 3.7 on the PC. I've tried deleting databases and starting fresh and changing image resolutions to see if that was it, disabling parental controls...nothing. Open to any suggestions. Thanks. | | | If you find yourself with nothing to watch, you are no lover of film. | | | Last edited: by jmskywalker76 |

| Posted: | | | | Yes I have the same issue. It seems when it updates the collection, the application crashes during the copy of images so all the images aren't copied. | | | Regards Cyrille |

| Posted: | | | | I had this problem with my iPhone 3gs as well. It crashed several times whilst downloading images. I checked on iTunes for updated phone software and updated to the latest version and things went a bit better. I don't think I've got missing images now, but I have got some very low res ones. I've tried setting the image size to large and medium and the last time to the default larger but still the low res images persist. |

| Posted: | | | | KirkSi, did you check on the desktop version whether you have a HiRes cover for that profile. LoRes will remain LoRes ... |

| Posted: | | | | I've checked and a lot of the titles (although not quite all) are images that I've contributed and so are very high res on my desktop version. Most of them I'd set image locks on so as not to be replaced by the lower res version when updated with the online profile. I might try and delete my database and try again having removed a few of the image locks.
EDIT: Then again, won't let me delete the database. Says 'The current connection cannot be deleted' | | | Last edited: by KirkSi |

| Posted: | | | | I have the same problem and I've sent Ken my crash reports, so hopefully we'll get a fix soon. BTW, where is the database located in iPhone/iPad? I've just synced my iPad to iTunes and only see DVD Profiler for iOS (7.1MB). I expected to see a large file for the database to show up on Application Data, but just don't see it. | | | My Home Theater |

| Posted: | | | | I have this problem too, app gives an error or crashes on copying of the images and does not want to download the rest of the images.
Repairing the database and making a new database on the iphone doesnt solve it... |

| Posted: | | | | I had 2 profiles where there was a back image, but no front image. Ken suggested copying the back image for front temporarily. This solved the problem. I now have cover images for all my profiles. | | | My Home Theater |
