| Posted: | | | | Hi All,
Cant seem to find the question and answer I want to going to ask the question my self and all been well it will be answered or at lest point me in the right direction.
I have the DVD Profiler App on my iPhone 4 which I love and have been scanning anyway at my blurays and making collections. I have now installed the windows client and want to sync the two together so i can print my wish list etc etc.
I have plugged my phone in and itunes picks that my phone is there but when I hit they sync button I just get the error 'Unable To Connect'. Can anyone advise me what I need to do make it sync etc as its bugging me now. If it helps I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Many Thanks |

There are instructions in the Help section in DVD Profiler for iOS. Start the App. On the Collection screen tap the icon with the arrow to the left of Collection at the top of the screen. Under Actions tap on Update Collection. Under Connect to DVD Profiler tap Edit. On the Connections Settings screen tap on the Help button. There you will find detailed instructions on setting up Sharing on DVD Profiler and setting up DVD Profiler for iOS. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection | | | Last edited: by Bad Father |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the info. I have found that and done a little portforwarding but for some reason it still wont sync.
On my desktop the program shows that its connected but when I click sync it still doesn't want to transfer my database to my PC. |

| Posted: | | | | All sorted. Many thanks for the help. Didn't need to create a new database in the end just need to give it time and it worked a charm. I have now brought my registration key and we are cooking with gas. I love it can't say I can say the same for my mate who has had a bluray for a while and is now getting over due emails Thanks Again |
