| Posted: | | | | Hi, I've just used the ios software to catalog 1027 dvds. I then tried to synch it to the (free) PC software. It seems to be working OK and then the ipad program disappears. It gets to about 500 dvds. I've tried it a few times and it is a slightly different number each time. Any ideas? After spending a LOOOONG time cataloging I really want a PC backup!
Thanks Glenn |

| Posted: | | | | Do you get an error message ? And what do you mean by "the program disappears" ? Does it crash ? Maybe the steps I posted here will help with your problem. Also check out Taro's guide to Network/Router problems. Most likely that won't be an issue in your case, but it can't hurt to check for differences to your approach. |

| Posted: | | | | Okay, now update the profiles on your PC which should result in downloading the images again. Just to be sure also run a database repair on the PC version. Then enable the image sync on your iPad again and you should be able to sync normally. |

| Posted: | | | | I assume you already tried everything I linked to in my post above.
When exactly during the sync process does your app crash ?
Edit: Did you run a database repair on the PC version ? | | | Last edited: by SilentBob1138 |

| Posted: | | | | I will run a database repair on the PC version. The app in the iphone crashes always when it starts copying profiles. |

| Posted: | | | | Did the database repair solve your problem ? If the crash occurs during the copying of profiles, it certainly sounds as if a corrupted profile is causing the problem. |

| Posted: | | | | Hello, I opened the software in my PC to random pick a movie to watch this past weekend, a window poped and asked me to update my collection. I did it and it took a little while. After finished I tried again to sync my iphone and it finally worked! I am very happy now, great app!! |
