| Posted: | | | | I have had only a few contributions need to go to "Reviewing" status and they were approved rather quickly. But right now I have one that has been in "Reviewing" status for 11 days and it is a pretty simple BY contribution.
Is anyone experiencing longer time on contributions in "Reviewing"?
Or is this the norm and I just got lucky on the others that I have done and they were done rather quickly? |

| Posted: | | | | I'm not sure of the norm at the moment, but only a few months back it was taking far longer to do BY reviews than it has recently. So maybe you were just lucky and we're returning to the longer waiting times. It used to take several weeks if not longer. | | | Last edited: by GreyHulk |

| Posted: | | | | I've got 3 BY profiles under review right now. Oldest is July 19th.
but the declines are immediate today. Just had one declined because I listed DVDEmpire and Amazon for the SRP and release date. 3rd parties (Declined) |

As for profiles in "Reviewing" status: it's not at all un-common for those to take a while to be processed. A full month is no exception. |

I have had some ridiculous declines too. I mean, are the reviewers drunk or smoking pot? Anyway, SRP from Amazon should be totally valid as a source, because Invelos are working together with that site and is probably earning money from it. |

| Posted: | | | | Here's an important tip: Make sure you check not only the contributions page, but also your contribution notes page. I had a contribution that showed as Declined on the contributions page, but later I noticed that the info came down in the update anyway. When I looked at the contribution notes it said both Declined and Approved, so apparently the decline had been overruled, but it still showed as Declined in the Contributions page. Confusing... ![](/images/emoticons/confused.gif) | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar | | | Last edited: by GSyren |
