According to IMDB there is. One is an American actor, born in 1984. He appeared in such films as Thirteen Days, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Life as a House and Pandorum.  The other appears to be a UK actor. Appearing in The IT Crowd and Law & Order | UK Series Four. I can't find a picture of the second one. I need confirmation that there is a second Jon Foster actor. Perhaps someone can see if the Jon Foster who appears in either The IT Crowd or Law & Order | UK Series Four is a different looking actor from the one pictured above. |
