| Posted: | | | | I have tried several times to upload to my online database from my desktop... the indications are that the upload took place, but the counts are not matching between the two dataasets. |

| Posted: | | | | Hmm, I'm having a similar problem, but in the reverse? It seem that I cannot upload my database from my desktop to the online site. I also had to delete the app from my apple phone because everytime I downloaded my database, it was missing images, and lots of dvd's were not in the collection either. I'm confused again |

| Posted: | | | | What I have found is that a database repair usually does the trick. I have done the delete app from phone one, but it's the desktop database repair that works. | | | My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT. FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that. Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it! |

Most seem to update with exception of one specific title
John Wick 4k . ONline database does not show it and iOS version wont download it but desktop version will. |
