I just went through this with my android. Make sure you are allowing invelos.com and their port number through your firewall and antivirus software.

Problem solved. Somehow my router had switched to public and was not discoverable to their devices on my network. All working perfectly now

Thanks, Al. I just ran into the same problem, and the same fix did the job. Appreciate you coming back to tell us what you did to make it work.

Same problem here when I got a new modem.
"Public" was selected but "Private" was unchecked on my Windows Firewall list for DVD Profiler application.

As a longtime DVD Profiler for iOS user but a new DVD Profiler for PC user, I thought I'd share my experience on this issue.
I too had my local network set as PUBLIC, so I couldn't initially connect with my iPad. It was not a router issue but rather a Windows 10 issue. I found this helpful link that showed me how to set my local network to PRIVATE.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/make-a-wi-fi-network-public-or-private-in-windows-0460117d-8d3e-a7ac-f003-7a0da607448d

While this solved my iPad problem, I was still unable to connect with my iPhone running iOS 16. I checked the DVD Profiler preferences in Settings on my iPhone and noticed that the Local network switch was set to OFF. After I set it to ON, it connected properly. It is unclear why this was set differently from my iPad which was running iPadOS 16. Interestingly, I did not have this problem on my iPhone or iPad running iOS 12 since there were no DVD Profiler preferences listed in settings.
