Good luck!  I've noticed that before but there's no real support for the iOS version here.  You also can't add titles etc so are at the mercy of others who have the PC version adding them.  Unfortunately I find that the UK users seem to only be concerned with 4K Releases and some BDs (3D titles don't get up as regularly as they used to) and DVDs are very, very behind.  Even regular BD releases are hit and miss.

I've asked for help many times on here and elsewhere in adding titles; I'm a reviewer for Rewind (www.dvdcompare.net) so get a handful of titles each month that could do with adding but no joy.  The UK is very behind the US and German users and far more focused on the latest format (4K UHD) only.

Yes and they have no data just title and image.  I upload and download frequently but it makes no difference.  I can't see adult titles unless I add the barcode to my collection and then see cover images and title but no cast, crew, or DVD / BD header.  I can't affect it in the settings both in the app on the iPad nor on here.
